rough cut

This is our first rough cut, we have added a shot of the power station at the beginning of the video. We also added a blur motion and used the cromar keyer to make the background behind the lead singer black.

We decided on a name for our record label and ensured it had not already been taken, then using free sock images and some effects from photoshop i created a logo from scratch for our record label which will be used in numerous places to link our products.

change of idea

since our treatment sheet we have changed our thoughts on the narrative of our music video. We changed our idea from using political figures to show the corruption of business men, and the youth which was going to be portrayed through drinking. Instead our idea or narrative will be focusing on a political figure who works in oil and is corrupt and greedy and he believes that he has everything and he still wants more, however half way through the song he realizes what he is doing is wrong and starts to go insane which eventually leads to him dying.
